River City Optical was in a major need of an overhaul for their website. The site, which was a mere one page, featured absolutely no color — everything was in black and white. The challenge was to bring in color and more content into a site that was lacking in interest. I came up with a design with a few shades of blue, and also gave the logo some color that fit in with the overall look. The photo on the front page just happened to be one of my own, and it fit in with the website's slogan perfectly. The site also features a javascript lightbox photo gallery, as well as many other graphical effects that made it stand out.
